OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The aim of Passion Resources is to respond to God’s leadership, touching the lives of people while believing that if He is truly at work in our midst, resources will follow. The Operations Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day operations of Passion Resources primarily through e-commerce platforms (including bulk sales for churches, ministries, and resellers), and retail. This role will strategically support the growth of the overall Passion brand and strategy as we export what’s happening within our Passion family to our tribe, Atlanta, and the world.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee in-house order fulfillment, including managing stock, developing and nurturing a team of volunteers, ordering supplies, and leading bi-annual inventory counts.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of e-commerce store: adding new products, catalog updates, working with technical support on issues, collaborating with marketing on new graphics and promotions when applicable.
  • Ensure the entire customer journey reflects Passion’s brand and mission.
  • Provide timely, exceptional customer service to online and retail customers.
  • Manage inventory and ordering for Passion Conference and Passion Camp.
  • Provide oversight to all Passion retail locations.
  • Lead the execution of new product launches at all Passion retail locations.
  • Work with the Passion Marketing Team to plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other Passion team members on special events that require point of sale services; including set up, tear down, reporting, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Serve as a Resource Team Lead for Passion Events.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday 9a – 5p, in office in Atlanta, GA

* Depending on job responsibilities, a Sunday-to-Thursday work schedule may be necessary.

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

  • Has a service mindset, a willingness to support the needs of the team.
  • Has operational and/or retail experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Shopify, and HubSpot.
  • Experience in marketing communications, consulting, advertising, and strategy desired.
  • Is detail-oriented and has strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Has a degree in Business/Marketing or a similar field.
  • Experience with an e-commerce website preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. required.
