PASSION STUDENTS LEADER

Passion City Church // Trilith

OBJECTIVE

To build Passion City Church by coming alongside the Family Ministries Director to lead the High School and Middle School Student ministry of Passion City Church at Trilith.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support in creating, curating, and articulating content for Trilith Students
  • Assist in the planning, setting up, and the carrying out of weekly Middle School & High School gatherings
  • Organize, utilize, and optimize systems
  • Provide support, counsel, and care for Family Group leaders
  • Coordinate logistics for all Trilith Students events (Leader hangs, trainings, Bible studies, parent dinners, LAUNCH Students, etc.)
  • Coordinate with the Family Ministries Director on all Central events logistics with regards to Trilith Students (WW, Rising, Camp)
  • Initiate and help implement creative methods of student outreach, care, and follow up
  • Nurture and develop relationships with other local student ministry leaders
  • Coordinate communication through email and personal connection with parents of our students
  • Weekly update the Family Group leader rosters & information on CONNECT
  • Ensure Family Group leader communication is going out on an as needed basis

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm + all-day Sunday

A driven, servant-hearted leader with a love for Jesus, a heart for students, and excellent logistic skills. Strong knowledge of the Word with some seminary experience, detail oriented, embodies humility, and has clear written communication skills.
