Passion City Church


The Love Atlanta Director will carry the banner of our House being FOR THE CITY through building partnerships with city organizations, developing teams and leaders to serve the city, and managing the execution of our Love Atlanta and outreach initiatives and projects. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.


• Lead Love Atlanta Staff Team in day-to-day tasks and projects
• Lead Love Atlanta Door Holder Team as the primary visionary, shepherd, and leader
• Develop new areas of focus and strategic initiatives to engage with our city that align with our House vision, goals, and values
• Oversee current or annual internal initiatives such as Backpacks and Christmas Smile
• Create projects year-round and during Love Atlanta week that are meaningful for both our partners and the Door Holders who serve at projects
• Ensure proper systems are in place to manage people, projects, and results
• Champion Love Atlanta stories internally and externally that communicate our heart and inspire others to join in
• Arrange details, resources, supplies, and team members for maximum impact to execute on a variety of details within multiple serving projects
• Partner with other Passion City Church teams across both Atlanta locations to help mobilize and engage their teams in Love Atlanta projects
• Foster and maintain relationships with local organizations who Passion City Church partners with to serve the city
• Position our House to respond to local crisis providing timely and necessary relief
• Manage the Love Atlanta budget
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned

Experience Pastor


Bachelor’s degree required. One to three years of practical experience in ministry or non-profit organizations preferred. This role would ideally fit someone who is an experienced leader with a pastoral heart gifted in both maintaining and growing teams. An individual in this role will need to use relational, logistical, and administrative skills in order to best serve our House and city. A champion of Atlanta who is committed to seeing it grow and flourish. A big picture thinker and ability to work towards goals and vision that will greatly improve the collaborative efforts of engagement with our city. This individual should be adapted and attracted to office work and able to execute well in an organized manner, yet willing to spend some time outside the office interacting and building relationships with city partners and Door Holders.
