OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. The role of the Trilith Community + Connect Groups Leader is to build, grow and lead Community at the Trilith location of Passion City Church.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Embody and champion the culture of Passion City Church
  • Build, grow and lead Community + Connect Groups at our Trilith location
  • Cast vision and strategize for growing Community + Connect Groups
  • Lead and participate in Community + Connect Groups content creation
  • Oversee the scheduling and logistics of Community + Connect Groups events
  • Plan community building gatherings and events consistent with the rhythm of Passion City Church
  • Invest in and disciple Connect Group Leaders
  • Recruit and invest in key Door Holders of our House
  • Anticipate and prepare for strategic Sunday events and other church gatherings
  • Manage and oversee budgets for Community + Connect Groups

Monday-Thursday 9a - 5p + all-day Sunday

REPORTS TO

Trilith Location Pastor

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

Bachelor’s degree required. Seminary or equivalent training preferred. 2-4 years of practical ministry experience. Leader of people with sharp social and organizational skills. Able to dream big, while willing to practically take the steps needed to accomplish the big vision. Excellent communication skills.
