Supports the House by providing tier 1 & 2 Information Technology support to all teams, including desktop, tablet, printing and phone system support. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models responsiveness, reliability, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

Technology Support Manager
AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience preferred. One or more years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment. Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with end users and provide reliable and effective assistance with technical issues. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
