TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT ANALYST

Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

Supports the House by providing tier 1 & 2 Information Technology support to all teams, including desktop, tablet, printing and phone system support. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models responsiveness, reliability, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond quickly and effectively to address Passion team members’ technical support needs
  • Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and administration of user hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, telephones, and peripherals.
  • Provide support for local and enterprise software applications.
  • Support technology use in gatherings and events
  • Create a positive and satisfactory experience for team members and attendees at all locations
  • Assist with technical projects, issues, training and demonstrations as needed
  • Manage hardware inventory purchasing and disposal
  • Implement technology policies and procedures
  • Assist with developing and maintaining internal support documentation

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Thursday + all day Sunday, schedule may vary depending on events

Technology Support Manager

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience preferred. One or more years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment. Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with end users and provide reliable and effective assistance with technical issues. Strong communication, organizational and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
