Supports the Passion team by welcoming and hosting all guests. A friendly, engaging, positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.


• Welcomes all visitors
• Answers the phone within 3 rings whenever possible
• Has an awareness of current events happening within our family of organizations
• Responds to PCC general inquiry emails thoroughly and with a high-tone. Goal is for every email to be answered within 3 business days
• Direct all other PCC emails to the appropriate person(s), following up to confirm emails were resolved
• Responds to voicemail messages promptly or forwards to appropriate person
• Keeps current list of Passion Team Members and their email addresses and updates according (Team Directory)
• Familiar with LG calendar and Master Calendar
• Assists with LG’s letter correspondence
• Point of contact for daily Fedex Ground outgoing and most small-scale incoming deliveries
• Fields Lost and Found requests and coordinates pickup when applicable
• Observes details and operates with a high standard of excellence and accuracy
• Makes sure the welcome area of 515 and desk is organized, friendly, welcoming, and clean
• Performs and assists with other duties as needed

Wednesday+Thursday 1-5pm, Friday 9-5, with flexibility to fill in at other times when needed




HR Coordinator


• High School graduate or equivalent required, some college preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with multi-tasking and prioritizing competing needs, particularly with juggling phone calls, emails; while at the same time providing focused attention to individuals either visiting Passion in-person or on the phone
• Strong people skills, including 2-5 years’ experience in customer service or office administration roles
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Is friendly and engaging
• Ability to communicate information in a positive, clear tone
• Finds joy in serving others/the greater team by helping to connect people with the person or information for which they are looking


• Loves Jesus, the people of Passion City Church, the city of Atlanta and the world
• Willingness to adapt and be flexible, while working above and beyond expectations
• Acts as an advocate of the culture and vision of Passion; effectively modeling and communicating these
