Supports the House by providing high level information technology support to all teams. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.


  • Leads the support of all user technology systems, including the deployment, management, monitoring and repair of all networks, servers, communication and security systems, and software applications
  • Provides training and guidance for tier 1 support staff
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd tier level support to the organization
  • Leads network administration, implementation and support
  • Furthers Passion’s networking capacity and leads training for the support team on new capabilities
  • Assists with event support planning and implementation
  • Lead for technical support projects and reporting on outcomes
  • Assists with onboarding and off-boarding process development
  • Collaborates on recruiting, training and leading Door Holder IT Teams
  • Keep current with the latest technologies; consult on and recommend technology solutions
  • Assist and advise on annual User Support and Enterprise Software/Web Services budget
  • Advise on the creation and implementation of IT policies, procedures and documentation including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision

Technology Director / Support Manager


Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience preferred. Five or more years of progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment with decentralized networks. Ability to meet deadlines, to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products, and to take initiative in the development and completion of projects. Strong project management, organizational and time management skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
