A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, organization, and accuracy as they help bring order and clarity to projects, while being mindful of deadlines and communicate status on Film and Video projects across our organization.

This role will be responsible for supervising the content coming into and out of the Film and Video team. This role will ensure all Film Requests are created and released to proper specifications and channels on-time and at an excellent standard. Through this effective management they will contribute to the strengthening of the Passion Creative Team. Working closely with the Film Team Director, this position will create a seamless workflow for the Film Team and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices in terms of pre-production information, budgets, and delivery deadlines.


  • Effectively work alongside the Film Team Director to build and maintain strong morale and unity among the Film Team and with other Team members
  • Oversee projects with the filmmakers and editors day-to-day
  • Ensure workflows are effective and efficient allowing the Film Team to work at the highest level of productivity and creativity
  • Manage interaction and relationships of the team by working to dictate and set a project calendar – including assigning resources, equipment and teams to projects and tracking their progress to ensure targets are met
  • High-level ability to revise and modify the project calendar as new projects or urgent jobs take priority
  • Research, manage, and review past project trends to create efficiencies in output of communications for the future
  • Help manage details of Film Door Holder team alongside the Film Team Director and Film Team, focusing on team building efforts, training of Door Holders, helping with “thank you” cards / other appreciation efforts, and developing the platform / influence of Passion City Church creative efforts
  • Maintain an up-to-date Project Management system, updating, archiving, and overseeing an organized filing system
  • Coordinate with contract editors for all details concerning a project and delivery of an effective project, when necessary

Film Team Director


  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in relevant field
  • Ability to lead and manage work in a team environment
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Understanding of dynamics of work within faith-based environment
  • Experience in film & video
