Marketing Project Manager

OBJECTIVE

To support the sixstepsrecords team and artists by carrying out marketing and digital media strategy, tasks and coordination of projects in a consistent, accurate and timely manner. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom- minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ideate and implement marketing plans, campaigns and social media content

• Social Media Coordination for all sixsteps artists

• Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh social media content

• Communicate with team and artists on schedule and upcoming relevant needs

• Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts

• Coordinate with promoters and team for all tour marketing efforts for sixsteps artists

• Liaise with Capitol CMG digital team for all marketing and communication efforts

• Liaise with Passion/Passion City Church Communications team for all marketing and communication efforts

• Oversee all website and social media platform updates

• Manage email lists

• Research, design, and send emails for campaigns

• Regularly aggregate and send reports to team and artists (marketing + social media reports)

• Initiate and implement interactive marketing strategies

• Create and oversee ad campaigns

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

Bachelor’s degree with marketing experience.
