JUNIOR CONTENT CREATOR

OBJECTIVE

The Junior Content Creator will primarily help lead our creative video content execution for our social media and other outlets as needed for our House. This individual will play a pivotal role in working alongside the Social Media team to facilitate the successful execution of the content being planned for our House and movement. Though this is primarily a filmmaking and editing position, they will be leaned on for creative ideas to support all of the campaigns and content being exported from our movement as directed by the Creative Initiatives & Content Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with the Creative Initiatives & Content Director to understand and implement the creative vision for content planned for our social media accounts
Make content that aligns with the theological beliefs of our House while also finding innovative ways to create
Ensure that the content that is created is in line with the vision and direction of our Creative Director/Creative Initiatives & Content Director and meets our standard of excellence
Generate and present innovative ideas, concepts, and content that align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines
Project manage content related projects as needed for our team
Coordinate project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects are implemented on time and within budget
Create videos, posts, graphics and any other social media assets needed for a given project
Work alongside the social media team to ideate and execute any content needed for our platforms
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to bring fresh content to our platforms
Work alongside the film and design team as needed to execute the content for our platforms

In addition to being skilled in filmmaking, shooting, and editing, the ideal individual would be proficient in design.
